Electric Vehicle (EV) infrastructure in rural areas

NADO hosted a virtual peer exchange on EV infrastructure in rural areas and the topics included what EVs are, what EV transition means in rural regions, and how State Departments of Transportation (DOTs) and rural organizations, such as Regional Transportation Planning Organizations (RTPOs or RPOs) or similar entities, are coordinating the efforts of incorporating EV infrastructure. Attendees exchanged information with peers on working with partners to address EV challenges and opportunities in rural places.
