Pennsylvania’s RPOs last updated their rural long-range plans around 2011 – 2013, and for the first time incorporated performance measures that were identified by the regions themselves. PennDOT’s guidance on LRTP development is available here (PDF), and a sample of long-range plans from organizations within the state includes:
- Southern Alleghenies Rural Planning Organization Long-Range Transportation Plan
- North Central Rural Planning Organization Long-Range Transportation Plan
- Northwest Rural Planning Organization Long-Range Transportation Plan
