New Case Study on COVID-19 Public Transit Delivery Programs

The Shared-Use Mobility Center has released a new case study with examples of public transit delivery programs that arose in response to COVID-19. The case study provides an overview of how the delivery programs work and how differing needs of customers and geographic areas influence program design. Examples from Charlevoix County, Michigan, El Dorado Transit in California, Squaxin Island Tribe in Washington, and several counties in south central Indiana are included.
