Formal membership in RPO America is limited to organizations that are general or associate members of NADO. Click here to learn more about NADO membership. Typically, transportation planning programs or organizations (such as RTPOs or MPOs) that are housed within a parent council of governments, regional planning commission, or regional economic development organization would need to join NADO as General Members, while standalone organizations or single jurisdictions such as county transportation commissions would qualify at the reduced rate for Associate Members of NADO.
