The U.S. Department of Transportatin’s Federal Transit Administration (FTA) has announced the competitive grant funding opportunity of up to $84.45 million through the agency’s Low or No Emission (Low-No) Bus Program. Eligible applicants such as public transit agencies, state transportation departments, and tribes can apply by June 18 for funding to deploy transit vehicles powered by advanced technologies such as electric power or hydrogen fuel cells.
