FHWA Webinar: Planning Emphasis Areas

On March 24, 1 – 2:30 ET, the Federal Highway Administration will hold a webinar in its Transportation Planning Information Exchange series, on the topic “Planning Emphasis Areas.”  Planning Emphasis Areas are subjects that the Federal Highway Administration and Federal Transit Administration encourage their grantees to follow when developing their work programs.  For Fiscal Year 2016, the administrations have outlined implementing MAP-21, following Regional Models of Cooperation to improve coordination among transportation agencies, and Ladders of Opportunity to improve access to essential services.  For more information on the Planning Emphasis Areas, click here.
