In March 2021, AARP released the new publication RideSheet: Rural Transportation Benefits from New Coordination Technology. AARP partnered with FullPath Transit Technology to develop the open source application RideSheet.

Partners can see whether there are opportunities to coordinate trips to increase mobility while managing transportation costs. This work builds upon AARP’s research that identified transactional data specification (TDS) as a potential solution to reduce the complexity of coordinating transportation.

The publication describes the pilot implementation of RideSheet in rural Lake County, OR. Read more here.
