During the 2019 National Association of Development Organizations (NADO) Annual Training Conference in Reno, Nevada, USDOT officials from the Office of the Secretary of Transportation, Build America Bureau, and Federal Transit Administration shared information about the new USDOT initiative Rural Opportunities to Use Transportation for Economic Success (ROUTES), as well as project financing opportunities and rural transit programs in the conference closing plenary session on October 22.
