Jerrod Haberman of the Panhandle Area Development District, located in Gering, NE, created this presentation which describes the proposed development of three interconnected north-south highway corridors through America’s heartland: the Theodore Roosevelt Expressway, the Heartland Expressway, and the Port-to-Plains Trade Corridor.
