Celebrate Transportation Innovation at the National Regional Transportation Conference

Plenary sessions, breakout sessions, workshops, and mobile tours will offer training from practitioner experts on a variety to topics showcasing innovation and effectiveness in transportation at the National Regional Transportation Conference, June 17 – 19 in Columbus, Ohio.

DriveOhio Managing Director for Local Affairs Andrew Bremer will provide an informative and inspiring keynote address on June 17 regarding the steps Ohio is taking to coordinate policy and programs across several agencies to improve smart, connected mobility statewide, including in rural areas.  The June 19 plenary session will feature regional programs and projects that are creating new connections between transportation and economic development in innovative ways.

Also attend breakout sessions on transportation technology, mobility, bicycle and pedestrian planning, freight planning, safety, data and analysis, and more.  Join us for mobile workshops on connected and autonomous vehicles, freight and economic development, and economic resilience, while on-site workshops will address RTPO and state partnership models, community engagement, and addressing substance use disorder through regional planning.  Facilitated networking through the conversation café gives attendees the opportunity to customize their conference experience.
